Reflection for December 2003

"December... the month of holy days and holy nights; the month of re-dreaming hopeful possibilities; the month of expressing the spirit of love and generosity; the month where the deep remembrance of what is good, true and beautiful within the human spirit can come forth and make "holy the days" (holidays). The holidays--a time of spiritual renewal and reflection for many world traditions; a time of gift-giving as an extension of love to family, friends, colleagues, and those in need; a time for reflection as the year ends and preparation is made to start anew in 2004; and a time to wish again for peace on earth and goodwill toward everyone. May your holiday season be filled with love!"
